Gain an understanding
Our first meeting can be in person or online. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other and to understand what is going well and any pain points you have.
Before our first meeting we will request information such as past financial statements and your organisation structure.
Understand and identify goals and needs
We work with you to understand your goals both short and long term.
Financial goals will cover growth, financial resilience and sustainability. Accounting goals might include improving cash flow, ensuring compliance with tax and companies regulations or understanding financial risk.
Outcome or service goals include environmental and social goals.
Administration goals

Passionate about finance, dedicated to your success
My name is Raquel, and I founded Finance Partners in 2024.
As a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of corporate accounting in New Zealand and overseas —including big four, large private equity, strategic finance and the public sector.
My interest in finance began early, inspired by my family’s manufacturing business and the challenges they faced with cash flow and succession planning in the 1990s. This background gives me a unique perspective on the complexities businesses and the families encounter.
As a member of Chartered Accountants New Zealand and Australia since 2003, I am proud to have been recognised as a public practitioner, reflecting my commitment to high standards in accounting.
I am dedicated to being good at what I do, responsive to your needs, delivering on time, and ensuring transparency—no surprises here!
Outside of work, my husband and two children keep ourselves busy (we don't have a dog just yet). We enjoy mountain biking, camping and spending time at the beach.
